This document presents a detailed definition of the electronic high-speed message communications interface between the NCCDS and the MOCs. This includes Nascom 4800-bit block protocol communication information, Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), File Transfer Protocol (FTP), and Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP). This Interface Control Document (ICD) pertains to systems and capabilities of the NCCDS 98 and the operation of the White Sands Complex (WSC).
