MIL-HDBK-1036/4, MILITARY HANDBOOK: ENLISTED DINING FACILITIES (15 AUG 1990) [SUPERCEDING DM 36.4]., This handbook presents the design and construction criteria for all shore-based Navy and Marine Corps enlisted dining facilities for both outside and inside the continental United States. It applies to all facilities for 40 to 2200 persons. Larger size facilities shall be given special guidance.
