DI-MGMT-82255, DATA ITEM DESCRIPTION: SUPPLY CHAIN RISK TRACKING REPORT (04-MAR-2019)., The Supply Chain Risk Tracking Report will be used to monitor supply chain risks relative to the products and services to be provided by the prime contractor, its suppliers, and subcontractors. This report will provide the Government with information to oversee and assist with the mitigation of unintended, adverse events within the supply chain from the raw material stage to an end user as a finished product. This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data deliverable resulting from the work task described in the solicitation.
