A-A-59518, COMMERCIAL ITEM DESCRIPTION: CARRIER - SWORD SCABBARD (17-NOV-1999) [SUPERSEDING MIL-C-19734C]., The General Services Administration has authorized the use of this commercial item description as a replacement for classes 1 and 2 of MIL-C-19734 for all Federal agencies. This document covers two classes of sword carriers intended for carrying the sword and scabbard used by Marine Corps personnel. The carriers shall be in the following classes: Class 1 - Carrier, Sword, Dress, White, AND Class 2 - Carrier, Sword, Service, Black.
