NAVFAC MO-321, FACILITIES MANAGEMENT (SEP 1985)., ABSTRACT This publication presents the Facilities Management System for controlling resources utilized for real property maintenance and repair and equipment maintenance under the responsibility of Public Works Departments. Incorporated into this manual are changes designed to emphasize overall resource prioritization, work control and long-range planning, increased emphasis on productivity, and discussions of contract impact on Public Works. A new organization for the Maintenance Control Division (revised to Facilities Management Engineering Division) is identified.
