TO 00-35D-54, TECHNICAL MANUAL: USAF DEFICIENCY REPORTING, INVESTIGATION, AND RESOLUTION (01-SEP-2015)., This Technical Order (TO) implements Air Force Policy Directive (AFPD) 63-1, INTEGRATED LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT, Air Force Instruction (AFI) 63-501, AIR FORCE ACQUISITION QUALITY PROGRAM, and Air Force Materiel Command Instruction (AFMCI) 63-510, DEFICIENCY REPORTING, INVESTIGATION AND RESOLUTION. The processes of this TO ensure compliance with federal acquisition requirements in accordance with Title 41, Code of Federal Regulations, Subpart 101-26-8, discrepancies or deficiencies in General Service Administration (GSA) or Department of Defense (DOD) shipments, material, or billings and supports Defense Logistics Agency Regulation (DLAR) 4155.24, PRODUCT QUALITY DEFICIENCY REPORT (PQDR) PROGRAM.
