RADC-TR-86-149, FINAL TECHNICAL REPORT: ENVIRONMENTAL STRESS SCREENING (SEP-1986)., Procedures for planning, monitoring, and controlling Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) programs were developed. The technique requires estimation of the number of part and workmnanship IA defects introduced in manufacture, the effectiveness of stress screens in precipitating A draft MIL-STD, prepared as part of the study, is included in the report. The data and analysis methods used in deriving the MIL-STD data tables are discussed and illustrative examples of the use of the MIL-STD procedures are also contained in the report.
