RADC-TR-77-192, FINAL TECHNICAL REPORT: SOFTWARE DATA COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS: A REAL-TIME SYSTEM PROJECT HISTORY (JUN-1977)., This report discusses the procedures used for, and the results obtained from, an analysis of software error problem reports. The problem reports studied were generated during the development of a large, real-time, highly sophisticated multi-processor data processing system. A brief profile of the development of this system is presented along with discussions of the procedures used in the analysis of the problem reports and the objectives to be met.
