SMCI 63-1205 (2015), SPACE AND MISSILE SYSTEMS CENTER: GUIDANCE MEMORANDUM TO SMCI 63-1205, THE SMC SYSTEM SAFETY PROGRAM (30-DEC-2015)., By Order of the Commander, Space and Missile System Center (SMC), this SMC Guidance Memorandum (GM) immediately implements changes to SMCI 63-1205, The SMC System Safety Program, dated 28 June 2011. This memorandum updates the SMCI with Mil-Std-882E. Compliance with this Memorandum is mandatory. To the extent its directions are inconsistent with other SMC publications, the information herein prevails, in accordance with (IAW) AFI 33-360, Publications and Forms Management.
