MSFC-STD-3459, MULTIPROGRAM/PROJECT COMMON USE DOCUMENT: QUALITY PROGRAM PROVISIONS FOR MSFC TEST AREA CONTRACTORS (10 NOV 2005)., This publication establishes tailored general and specific requirements for quality assurance programs for the MSFC Test Area activities. Requirements of this publication should be invoked contractually to the extent needed, and consistent with program, project and contract requirements. This document supercedes MSFC-HDBK- 1630 Rev. A, and was changed to MSFC-STD-3459 to comply with current documentation rules. This publication meets the necessary requirements of SAE AS 9100, “Quality Systems-Aerospace-Model for Quality Assurance in Design, Development, Production, Installation and Servicing.” It is designed to provide requirements which address quality assurance programs for MSFC Test Area modification, buildup, activation, and operations.
