Kennedy Space Center (KSC), NASA, or other KSC-responsible locations. This document specifies the minimum requirements to provide simple, robust, safe, reliable, maintainable, environmentally compatible, and cost-effective facilities and ground support equipment (GSE) necessary to support space vehicle launch operations at KSC.
