SSP 30309E, SAFETY ANALYSIS AND RISK ASSESSMENT REQUIREMENTS DOCUMENT (28 OCT 1994)., The purpose of this document is to provide International Space Station Alpha Program Participants (ISSAPP) with consistent methodology for preparation and maintenance of the Safety Analyses, System Description, and Risk Assessment. This document contains an introduction and paragraphs that discuss hazard identification, hazard classification, the Hazard Report form, and the treatment of safety risk in the Space Station Program. The contents of this document are intended to be consistent with the tasks and products to be prepared by Program participants. The Safety Analysis and Risk Assessment Requirements Document may be implemented on new ISSA contractual activities and may be implemented on existing contracts by an authorized contract change. This document is under the control of the Safety IPT. Changes shall be approved by the Space Station Control Board.
