LS-71020-1A, SOFTWARE CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT PLAN AND PROCEDURE FOR THE HUMAN RESEARCH FACILITY, CCB CONTROLLED (11 JAN 2001)., The purpose of this document is to establish and maintain the integrity of the software products for the Human Research Facility (HRF). Software Configuration Management (SCM) involves: a) Identifying and cataloging the components and configurations of the HRF software (SW) b) Systematically controlling changes to the HRF SW configuration c) Maintaining the integrity and traceability of the HRF SW configuration(s) d) Auditing the HRF SW configuration e) Documenting and periodically reviewing the HRF SCM procedures The HRF SW placed under SCM includes all HRF SW delivered to the customer as well as applications software and related systems software, compilers, and firmware. SCM will be maintained throughout the HRF life-cycle.
