(ANSI/EIA) Standard 748 Earned Value Management Systems. The CPR data elements shall reflect the output of the VA Project Manager’s and Contractor’s ANSI/EIA Standard 748
compliant integrated program management system. This report consists of five formats containing data for measuring contractors’ cost and schedule performance on VA development projects and contracts.
