VA-DI-MGMT-81466A, EARNED VALUE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (EVMS) - VA COST PERFORMANCE REPORT DESCRIPTION DOCUMENT (01 FEB 2006)., As required by Veterans Affairs (VA) policy, the VA Cost Performance Report (CPR) is used to obtain cost and schedule performance information on VA projects and contracts requiring compliance with the American National Standards Institute/Electronic Industries Alliance (ANSI/EIA) Standard 748 Earned Value Management Systems. The CPR data elements shall reflect the output of the VA Project Manager’s and Contractor’s ANSI/EIA Standard 748 compliant integrated program management system. This report consists of five formats containing data for measuring contractors’ cost and schedule performance on VA development projects and contracts.
