This standard details programmatic tasks for the conceptual definition, development, acquisition, maintenance, and modification of the primary and secondary structures of crewed and unmanned flight vehicles and external stores, to ensure their structural integrity while affordability of these Air Force systems is maintained throughout their period of use.
