MIL-STD-188/125A, MILITARY STANDARD: HIGH-ALTITUDE ELECTROMAGNETIC PULSE (HEMP) PROTECTION FOR GROUND-BASED C4I FACILITIES PERFORMING CRITICAL, TIME-URGENT MISSIONS (VOLUME 1 - FIXED FACILITIES) (15 FEB 1994) (S/S BY MIL-STD-188/125-1)., This standard establishes minimum requirements and design objectives for
high-altitude electromagnetic pulse (HEMP) hardening of fixed and transportable ground-based facilities which perform critical, time-urgent command, control, communications, computer, and intelligence (C41) functions. Facilities required to fully comply with the
provisions of the standard will be designated by the Joint Chiefs of Staff, a Military
Department Headquarters, or a Major Command.
