Specific requirements for the prepreg material are governed by this document along with the applicable specification sheet. This specification contains qualification requirements. Qaulification pertains only to the requirements of this specification and does not qualify the material for use in the fabrication of a structural component in a particular system. Qualifying a material for use in the fabrication of a structural component requires additional testing requirements as determined by the government and the system manufacturer (see 6.3).
