FAA-ILS-015, DATA ITEM DESCRIPTION: CONTRACT TRAINING PLAN (NO DATE)., This Data Item Description (DID) is applicable to all contracts for system, training and services. No other development of courseware may begin until the Contract Training Plan has been given approval by the FAA Contracting Officer. This DID applies to any solicitation for training services which requires the submission of detailed technical or cost proposals. The Contract Training Plan shall be approve by the FAA Contracting Officer before development of the Course Design Guide.
