FAA-HF-001A, DATA ITEM DESCRIPTION: HUMAN FACTORS PROGRAM PLAN (01 JUN 2009)., The Human Factors Program Plan is the single document which describes the contractor’s entire human factors program, identifies its elements, and explains how the elements will be managed. This document is used by the procuring activity as the principal basis for approval of the contractor’s program and is one basis for review of the contractor’s progress. This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format and content preparation instructions for the Human Factors Program Plan resulting from the work task delineated in FAA HF-STD-004.
