Part of this Technical Memorandum has been compiled from the recommendations of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), European aerospace standards and International Standardization Organization (ISO). The specific requirements of the European space community for scientific and applications satellites have been included. The methods and workmanship contained in this document are approved for normal spacecraft requirements.
