Schied of PMC 92-1.The information was extracted from Defense Acquisition University (DAU) course material and is based on the DEPSECDEF memo, subj: Defense Acquisition, dated 30 Oct 2002. This memo cancelled DoDD 5000.1, DoDI 5000.2, and DoD 5000.2-R, and issued interim guidance. The Tool Kit will be revised again when DoDD 5000.1 and DoDI 5000.2 are reissued in early CY 2003.
