DI-SESS-81885, DATA ITEM DESCRIPTION (DID): AS BUILT CONFIGURATION LIST (ABCL) (MIL-STD-3046) (28-FEB-2013)[S/S BY DI-CMAN-81516 & DI-SESS-81830]., An As Built Configuration List (ABCL) shows the as-built configuration specific to each individual end item delivered under contract. The list will be used to monitor contractor compliance with contractual hardware and software configuration requirements and as a baseline for continuous updating throughout the lifecycle of the item. This DID contains the format, content and preparation instructions for the data product resulting from the work task specified in the solicitation. This DID is approved for use by the US Army to support the Army interim standard MIL-STD-3046, which will be canceled when a suitable non-government standard is developed or until two years from the date of the standard. When MIL-STD-3046 is canceled, this DID will also be canceled.
