DI-SESS-80374A, DATA ITEM DESCRIPTION: FAILURE ANALYSIS SUMMARY (21 NOV 2006)., The Failure Analysis Summary List is a summary of all failures that have occurred during the part testing, subassembly and equipment testing for which failure analysis reports have been prepared. The list is used as part of an overall management program to detect, isolate and correct equipment failures. This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement for this data included in the contract. This list shall be prepared from failure data collected during receiving inspection, in-process and subassembly testing and end item testing. This DID supersedes DI-RELI-80374.
