DI-MISC-82003, DATA ITEM DESCRIPTION (DID): MAINTENANCE DATA COLLECTION RECORD (MDCR) (22-DEC-2015)., The Maintenance Data Collection Record (MDCR) documents maintenance actions relating to correction of malfunctions, Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs) and configuration status. The MDCR is used by the Government to aid in the effective management of weapon systems and equipment. a. This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data deliverable resulting from the work task described in the solicitation. b. This DID is applicable to maintenance performed by contractors on weapon systems and equipment which is required to be reported to a maintenance data collection system. c. This DID is used in conjunction with DI-MGMT-81325, Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) Reporting.
