It also provides investigation results and problem analysis necessary for the correction of those deficiencies identified by the procuring activity. This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data deliverable resulting from the work task described in the solicitation. This DID is applicable to all contracts to acquire MIP data resulting from government directed investigations. This DID interrelates with DI-PSSS-81535, Deficiency Report (DR). This DID supersedes DI-MGMT-80258A.
