This data will be used in the development of Cost Estimating Relationships (CERs), independent cost studies and budgetary cost estimates to support the Government Acquisition Process. This Data Item Description (DID) summarizes the format, content and provides preparation instructions to support the specific data and frequency requirements specified in the contract.
