DI-EMCS-82015, DATA ITEM DESCRIPTION (DID): HEMP TEST PLAN FOR MISSION CRITICAL SYSTEM IMMUNITY TEST (04-04-2016)., The HEMP Mission Critical System (MCS) Immunity Test Plan (MITP) shall prescribe the detailed procedures for planning, preparation, implementation, and reporting of Mission Critical System (MCS) Immunity testing as specified by MIL-STD-461 RS103, RS105 and CS116 testing (or equivalent) that will constitute adequate proof, when combined with data analysis, that the MCS immunity testing requirements in MIL-STD-4023 Appendix B have been achieved. The objective of MCS immunity testing is to provide the immunity data in terms of their NORM attributes to assess the hardness margin requirements in MIL-STD-4023. (NORM attribute pass/fail criteria are contained in MIL-STD-4023 Table-II.)
