These tube fittings are designed for use in shipboard equipment and enclosures. Tube fittings in accordance with this CID are intended to be used as specified in MIL-STD-2042 with blown optical fiber cables in accordance with MIL-PRF-85045 and blown optical fiber tube furcation units in accordance with A-A-59729.
