A-A-59549, COMMERCIAL ITEM DESCRIPTION: OVERALLS, COLD WEATHER, SYNTHETIC FLEECE (19-APR-2000) [SUPERSEDING MIL-O-4419A]., The General Services Administration has authorized the use of this commercial item description as a replacement for Overalls, Cold Weather, Synthetic Fiber Pile of MIL-O-44191A for all Federal agencies. This commercial item description covers the requirements for synthetic fleece overalls used as an insulation component of the Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (ECWCS). The overalls are a modified commercial item since it requires a specific military appearance (See paragraph 3.2).
