A-A-50202A, COMMERCIAL ITEM DESCRIPTION: PUMP, BUCKET, LUBRICATION, HAND-OPERATED (01-SEP-2011) [SUPERSEDING MIL-P-13218]., The General Services Administration has authorized the use of this Commercial Item Description (CID) as a replacement for MIL-P-13218 for all federal agencies. This CID covers hand-operated portable bucket pumps furnished with a cover and locking device which fits and dispenses grease or oil from bulk or a standard 35-pound bucket container. The pumps shall be of the following types (see 7.3): Type I - Grease; and Type II - Oil.
