CCSDS 131.0-B-1, TM SYNCHRONIZATION AND CHANNEL CODING (BLUE BOOK). This document is a technical Recommendation for use in developing synchronization and channel coding systems and has been prepared by the Consultative Committee for Space Data Systems (CCSDS). The synchronization and channel coding concept described herein is intended for missions that are cross-supported between Agencies of the CCSDS.
