TM 5-633/NAVFAC MO-100.3/AFM 126-4, NATURAL RESOURCES, FISH AND WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT (1 FEB 1982)., The Department of Defense has under its control and for its use in the United States a little over 25 million acres of land and water; an area approximately the size of the State of Kentucky. within this large area are many ecosystems of which fish and wildlife resources are component parts. This manual provides guidance to all Army, Navy and Air Force installations having fish and wildlife resources. This MOU provides for cooperative plan agreements between the installation and appropriate state and Federal authorities.
