AN844 (REV. 11) (NOTICE 1)., MILITARY STANDARD: ELBOW, PIPE TO HOSE, 45 DEG. (20 JUL 2000) [S/S BY SAE-AS5186]., AN844 REV 11, dated 17 May 1984, is hereby cancelled. Future acquisitions for this item should refer to Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) Aerospace Standard (AS) AS5186, "Fitting, Elbow, 45°, Pipe to Hose." Table 1 provides a detailed cross-reference of cancelled AN844 Part or Identifying Numbers (PINs) and replacement AS5186 PINs. The use of "AS" parts is preferable, but "MS" parts may be used for a period of three years from the date of this notice to deplete existing stock. Users are cautioned to evaluate replacements for their particular application.
