AN827 (REV. 7 (NOTICE 1), AIR FORCE/NAVY AERONAUTICAL STANDARD CROSS - FLARED TUBE (22 APR 1999) [S/S BY SAE-AS1036]., AN827 REV 7, dated 5 October 1983, is hereby cancelled. Future acquisitions for this item should refer to Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) Aerospace Standard (AS) AS1036, "Cross, Standard and Reducer, Flared Tube." Table 1 provides a detailed cross-reference of cancelled AN827 Part or Identifying Numbers (PINs) and replacement AS1036 PINs. The use of "AS" parts is preferable, but "AN" parts may be used for a period of three years from the date of this notice to deplete existing stock. Users are cautioned to evaluate replacements for their particular application.
