Tre report describes the methodology, analyses, models, failure rates, factors, and ground rules involved In the effort. It summarizes 10 million item-hours and 4 billion light pulses of operating data collected from a sample of 1321 lasers, 2206 laser diodes, and 1750 laser subassemblies.
