SYSTEM ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT PLAN (SEMP), LASER INTERFEROMETER SPACE ANTENNA (SEMP) (DRAFT) (16-APR-2002)., The plan is intended to document the activities to be performed by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Goddard Space Flight Center’s (GSFC’s) System Engineering Office in support of the Laser Interferometer Space Antenna (LISA) Project’s mission formulation. The System Engineering Office will update the System Engineering Management Plan (SEMP) near the end of the Formulation Phase in preparation for the Implementation Phase.
