UFC 3-200-10N, (FINAL DRAFT), UNIFIED FACILITIES CRITERIA: CIVIL ENGINEERING (JULY-2006) ., The purpose of this UFC is to provide technical guidance and minimum technical requirements for the more typical aspects of the civil engineering and geotechnical engineering for all design and/or construction contracts for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC). The guidance provided in this UFC will be utilized by engineers in the development of project proposals, plans, specifications, calculations, and all other project documentation defined by contract requirements and acquisition strategy. Where other statutory or regulatory requirements are referenced in the contract, the more stringent requirement shall be met in case of conflict.
