AN910 (REV. 10) (NOTICE 1), AIR FORCE/NAVY AERONAUTICAL STANDARD: COUPLING, PIPE (22 APR 1999) [S/S BY SAE-AS4859]., AN910 REV 10, dated 5 October 1983, is hereby cancelled. Future acquisitions for this item should refer to Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) Aerospace Standard (AS) AS4859, "Coupling, Pipe, Internal Thread." Table 1 provides a detailed cross-reference of cancelled AN910 Part or Identifying Numbers (PINs) and replacement AS4859 PINs. The use of "AS" parts is preferable, but "AN" parts may be used for a period of three years from the date of this notice to deplete existing stock. Users are cautioned to evaluate replacements for their particular application.
